Form Instructions:

1. An active iClassPro account is required to sign up for iPartyPro.

2. iPartyPro is an additional monthly subscription fee of $40 per month, per location. Please note that iPartyPro is included for iClassPro Premium and Enterprise Plan clients.

3. A separate form must be submitted for each iClassPro account.

4. If your account has multiple locations, please indicate in the notes which locations you would like to activate the party module for.
